Designed as a private acreage retreat, Villa Uno embodies a slower, quieter way of living, while remaining connected to the lifestyle of the nearby Gold Coast. The home’s single-level layout unfolds across an expansive footprint, where every element has been carefully considered to create a sense of calm, warmth and understated luxury.
A palette of tactile finishes – microcement, timber, polished concrete and natural stone -forms the foundation of the home. Large windows draw in natural light and frame lush green surrounds, bringing the outdoors in.
Natural stone plays a central role in shaping both the aesthetic and experience of Villa Uno. Each selection was made not only for its beauty, but for its ability to bring depth, texture and functionality to the space.
At the heart of the home, the kitchen makes a striking statement with a dramatic Cosmo Quartzite waterfall island. Its bold veining and organic movement create an immediate focal point, perfectly complemented by rich walnut cabinetry and bespoke joinery. Beyond its visual appeal, the durability of quartzite ensures the space is as functional as it is beautiful, ideal for both everyday living and entertaining.
In the master ensuite, Taj Mahal Quartzite introduces a softer, more tonal elegance. Its warm hues and subtle veining enhance the sense of retreat, working seamlessly with other natural finishes to create a spa-like atmosphere.
Elsewhere, Alpinus Granite adds character and individuality to the bathroom, with its distinctive patterning elevating the custom vanities.
