At Finestone, one of the most rewarding aspects of what we do is seeing how natural stone becomes part of a much bigger story.
Every year, we’re privileged to work alongside talented architects, designers, builders and developers across the Gold Coast and beyond—people with a clear vision for the spaces they create and a passion for exceptional design. Salt Villas by LVG Developments is a perfect example of this collaborative spirit in action.
Designed by BCG Building Design, with the vision, interiors and concept led by LVG Developments, Salt Villas is a collection of two spacious residences that showcase the power of thoughtful design, carefully curated materials and a deep connection to place.
Inspired by the project’s proximity to the coastline, the development was conceived as two coastal-inspired homes that complement one another while maintaining their own unique identities. The result is a pair of residences that feel both connected and completely individual—each reflecting a distinct interpretation of elevated coastal living.
Villa One embraces a softer coastal cottage aesthetic, creating a home that feels instantly welcoming and comfortable in its surroundings.
Natural materials play a central role throughout the interiors, with layers of texture and warm tones creating a sense of comfort and familiarity. Drawing inspiration from shells, weathered stone and the organic beauty of the coastline, the home features patterned herringbone flooring, textured tiles and a palette that feels both timeless and relaxed.
To complement this vision, LVG Developments selected Finestone’s Emperador Light Marble throughout the kitchen, butler’s pantry, bathrooms and laundry. Rich with natural character and subtle movement, the marble brings warmth and elegance to each space while enhancing the villa’s inviting atmosphere.
While Villa One evokes the charm of a coastal retreat, Villa Two presents a more refined and contemporary interpretation of seaside living.
Influenced by tropical resort design and subtle Balinese aesthetics, the interiors balance clean lines with warm, tactile materials. Earthy tones, soft textures and copper fixtures create depth and sophistication, resulting in spaces that feel luxurious without sacrificing comfort.
Finestone’s Travertine Romano was selected throughout the kitchen, butler’s pantry, bathrooms and laundry, adding texture, warmth and a timeless quality that perfectly supports the home’s modern coastal character.
The stone’s natural beauty and understated elegance help create a sense of calm throughout the residence, reinforcing the connection between the built environment and the coastal landscape beyond.
