A vision realised
From the outset, the brief was ambitious: create not just one, but two stunning homes that would maximise the unique site. With celebrated architect Jayson Pate at the helm of design, and Arluca Constructions bringing the vision to life, the result is a seamless blend of architectural elegance and everyday liveability.
True to form, the home embraces a minimalist design language: crisp lines, bold material contrasts, and an unwavering focus on flow. Wide stacker doors blur the boundary between indoors and out, connecting a refined interior with alfresco living, a sparkling in-ground pool, and private gardens.

The heart of the home
At the centre of the home lies a showstopping kitchen, where Calacatta Viola marble from Finestone takes pride of place. Its rich veining and dramatic contrast elevate the space beyond mere function, transforming it into a statement.
Paired with deep walnut cabinetry, a full butler’s pantry, and integrated wine storage, it’s a kitchen designed as much for entertaining as it is for everyday life.

The people behind the project
This was more than just a build – it was a journey. Nicole, the homeowner and visionary behind the subdivision, faced her fair share of hurdles, from council challenges to a drawn-out DA approval process.
“Everyone doubted me — they said it was too big a job,” Nicole shares. “But with a lot of hard work, and the support of Jayson and my builder Matthew, we made it happen. I couldn’t have done it without their guidance.”
Her decision to work with Finestone was rooted in the personal experience:
“I loved that they offer one-on-one consultations. Craig looked after me with pricing and provided his expertise on natural stone. The service was outstanding.”
Every detail considered
The home spans four bedrooms, four bathrooms, a double study, and a second living area upstairs – all finished to perfection. The master suite is a true retreat, offering an oversized layout, luxurious ensuite, and tranquil ambiance.
