La Rosa was dreamt and brought to fruition from the love of travelling and feeling the moments of the Mediterranean.
@solisestudio have done a beautiful job of bringing that dream to life.
The entrance off Via Roma transports you to a Mediterranean oasis, through a completely mosaiced curved tunnel and paired too with a feature mosaic floor. This is a unique home offering some unconventional design features such as the master ensuite with a large window behind the vanity and a built in bath completely outdoors.
However, it is the kitchen of this stunning home we are featuring today.
The kitchen features Finestone’s Calacatta Monet Marble, a classic natural stone with a pristine white background with intricate dark purple/burgandy veining.
“I loved the boldness of the Calacatta Monet. We wanted a real feature to the kitchen benchtops and splashback and we also wanted a natural material,” says Interior Designer Amy Goodellis
The Calacatta Monet gives a striking timeless elegance to the space and immediately creates an air of luxury and sophistication. It contrasts beautifully with the dark cabinetry and creates elegant synergy with the feature chandelier that sits above the oversized island bench.
The marble continues throughout the butler’s pantry and kitchen splashbacks.
There is an effortless flow between the kitchen, dining, living and alfresco space.
This home is truly one of classic beauty where every detail is considered.
