The Design Brief

The goal? To create a visually stunning yet functional living space. The client’s vision centred around sophistication and luxury, with an emphasis on maximizing panoramic views while maintaining practical living elements like ample storage and generous counter space.

Key to the design was the strategic use of premium materials. Medici Gold Marble and brass finishes were selected to bring warmth and opulence without overwhelming the bright and airy ambiance of the apartment.

Working within the confines of a sub-penthouse layout presented several challenges:

1. Balancing Aesthetics and Functionality: The design had to ensure ample storage without obstructing the breathtaking views. Custom cabinetry and cleverly concealed storage solutions helped strike this balance.
